‍Welcome to Storia, a digital storytelling platform developed by STORIA, a French Société par Actions Simplifiée (SAS). By using Storia AI Studio ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

Jurisdiction

‍These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

Use of the Application

‍Storia allows users to create, share, and experience interactive stories. Users are prohibited from creating content that is unlawful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms. STORIA reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these Terms.

Intellectual Property

‍All content generated within Storia, including text, images, and interactive stories, is owned by the user who created it, with STORIA retaining a license to use such content for analytics and to improve the Application. No content created within the Application may be used by a competing service for three years from the date of its publication.

Data Protection

‍STORIA collects and uses user data for analytics and to enhance user experience. User data will not be sold to third parties. Our data protection practices are in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Access and Availability

‍STORIA reserves the right to conduct maintenance on the Application, which may result in temporary unavailability, anticipated to be no more than one day per month.

Subscription and Cancellation

‍Subscription to Storia is managed through Apple's subscription system. For any issues related to subscription or cancellation, please contact Apple directly.

Limitation of Liability

‍STORIA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Application. Users use the Application at their own risk.
